A breakout month for Alfie Vaughan saw the forward grab four goals in five games and make a serious impact for Denbigh. Vaughan began the month with a brace against Buckley in a 5-0 mauling before providing an assist in the victory over Prestatyn. Leading the line he’s proved to be a battering ram up top before another brace in the 2-1 win over Bangor 1876. Goalkeeper Elijah Beattie made himself a hero in March with two standout moments for the Town stopper. A first clean sheet for the club opened the month for Beattie in the win at Buckley before a moment to savour a week later. With Town 2-1 up against Prestatyn, the visitors were handed a penalty in stoppage time, only for Beattie to pull off a magnificent save. A week later, in the same situation at Caersws, he was in the same position once again in the 90th minute before denying the hosts from the spot. A string of impressive stops including two outstanding saves against Colwyn Bay also help his cause.
