Denbigh Town Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of former Wales youth international Iwan Roberts.
Roberts made 20 appearances in the JD Cymru Premier last season for Bala Town, totalling 25 games in all competitions as the Lakesiders finished third in the top tier last term.
The midfielder signed for Liverpool at 13 and progressed through the ranks at Anfield, remaining with the side for five years and featuring 15 times and scoring once for the Under-18s.
He made his Wales debut in September 2021 for the Under-18s, appearing against England in a 1-1 draw at Spytty Park.

Roberts made his debut for Liverpool Under-18s in August 2021 in an U18 Premier League North match with Stoke City before scoring his first goal in January 2023 against Blackburn Rovers.
Following his departure from Liverpool he signed for JD Cymru Premier side Bala Town, making his debut against Barry Town United in August 2023, coming off the bench to score the winner in a 1-0 victory at Maes Tegid.
He departed Bala this summer after helping the side secure 3rd and a place in the UEFA Conference League and now signs for Denbigh Town ahead of the new campaign.
